Shipping Information

Some items are made to order, so please refer to the product details before ordering if you need an item by a certain date.

Made to order items may take 2-3 weeks to ship.  

If items are in stock, orders will ship within 1-3 business days after being placed. Please note that this means if you order late on a Saturday or on a Sunday it may be 4 days before your order ships! You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your package is on it's way.

USPS Priority Mail — $5.95 flat rate

Internationally

All import taxes/duties associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you have a rush order or would like information about express shipping, please use the contact form for more info and write "Express Shipping" in the subject line. 

Special shipping may be necessary for bulk orders or orders over $1,000.00. Please contact me for more information. 

Returns & Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns or exchanges of items in original condition as long as I am notified by email within 10 days of the customer receiving the package. All returns require pre-authorization via email.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility- please use a traceable shipping method as Kate Taylor Design cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. 

Returns after 10 days will be handled on a case by case basis.

NOTE: Special return/exchange policies may apply for items over $1,000.00 and custom orders so please consult your order confirmation carefully and contact us with any questions. Custom made items may be non-refundable. 

Repairs

I create my pieces with care & build them to last, but occasionally things happen. I will cover repairs up to 30 days from purchase and after that on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me via email before sending pieces back for repair. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
